BALLERINA - This is a ballet classes for children from 3 years of age. Helps with posture
confidence and co-ordination.
 
BALLETCISE - Adult ballet conditioning class. Gain a lean dancers body with this gentle class.
 
BALLROOM - Waltz, Foxtrot, Quickstep. The good old favourites. Great for posture.

BELLYFITNESS - Traditional belly dancing mixed with modern moves and music. Great
for the waist, hips and arms.Bring out the goddess.Ladies only class.
 
BOKWA - The hottest latest dance workout taking the world by storm. Each step 
represents a letter or number so no complicated routines to learn. 45 minute high impact
class.
 
PILATES - As recommended by Doctors. This class will help you gain correct posture and
breathing. Strengthen core and back. Flatter abs and more fleibilty.
 
COME DANCING - Learn salsa, tango, jive, all the fast fun dances. Think Strictly Come
Dancing. No partner needed.
